KFC Nashville Dry Rave - Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending the KFC Nashville Dry Rave ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
1. Event Information
The KFC Nashville Dry Rave is a strictly non-alcoholic event featuring food, beverages, entertainment and activities organised by KFC Singapore ("Organiser").
The Event programme, schedule, venue layout, activities and entertainment lineup, including DJ performances, are subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds, exchanges or compensation will be provided due to programme changes, schedule adjustments, or artist substitutions.
2. Ticketing & Admission
2.1 Each ticket admits one (1) person only and must be presented upon entry.
2.2 This Event is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above.
2.3 Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for admission. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age.
2.4 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
2.5 No refunds will be issued for:
· No-shows
· Late arrivals
· Denied entry due to failure to meet admission requirements
· Failure to comply with Event rules
· Any inability to attend the Event for any reason
2.6 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the Event without refund if deemed necessary for safety, security, operational or behavioural reasons.
3. Food & Beverage Inclusions
Each ticket includes access to the following Event offerings:
· One (1) Entry Pickle Shot upon arrival
· Free-flow Nashville Chicken Bites
· Free-flow Pickle Shots (non-alcoholic)
· Free-flow Criss-Cut Fries
· Free-flow Soft Drinks
· Curated DJ Sets by Beans & Beats
Food and beverage offerings are strictly available only during Event operating hours and while stocks last.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute menu items with alternatives of equivalent value where necessary.
Food and beverages provided as part of the Event experience are intended for consumption within the Event venue only.
4. Alcohol-Free Event Policy
4.1 This is a strictly alcohol-free Event.
4.2 Alcohol is not permitted within the Event venue or surrounding Event premises.
4.3 Any attendee found bringing, consuming or distributing alcohol may be denied entry or removed from the Event immediately without refund.
4.4 The Organiser reserves the right to inspect bags, containers and personal belongings to enforce this policy.
5. Outside Food & Beverages
5.1 Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved by the Organiser.
5.2 Any prohibited items may be confiscated by Event staff or security personnel.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward Event staff, performers, venue personnel and fellow attendees.
6.2 The following behaviour is prohibited:
· Harassment or intimidation
· Abusive, threatening or aggressive conduct
· Disruptive behaviour affecting the enjoyment of others
· Damage to Event property or venue facilities
· Failure to comply with staff instructions
6.3 Any attendee engaging in prohibited conduct may be removed from the Event without refund.
7. Dress Code
For safety reasons, attendees must wear appropriate attire at all times.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to attendees wearing clothing deemed unsafe, offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate.
Footwear must be worn at all times.
8. Smoking & Vaping
Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited within the Event venue except in designated smoking areas where applicable.
Attendees who fail to comply may be removed from the Event without refund.
9. Photography, Filming & Media
9.1 The Event may be photographed, recorded and/or filmed by the Organiser and its authorised partners.
9.2 By attending the Event, attendees consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice and appearance in photographs, videos, livestreams and other media for promotional, advertising, publicity and marketing purposes without compensation.
9.3 Professional photography, videography, commercial filming and livestreaming are not permitted without prior written approval from the Organiser.
10. Safety & Liability
10.1 Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
10.2 The Organiser, venue owner, sponsors, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, delay or inconvenience suffered by attendees, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.3 Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings throughout the Event.
10.4 All attendees must comply with safety instructions, emergency procedures and venue regulations at all times.
11. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted within the Event venue:
Weapons & Hazardous Materials
· Firearms
· Knives and sharp objects
· Fireworks, flares and explosives
· Pepper spray, mace and chemical irritants
· Any item deemed dangerous by Event security
Illegal Substances
· Illegal drugs
· Controlled substances
· Drug paraphernalia
· Suspicious or unmarked substances
Alcohol & Outside Beverages
· Alcoholic beverages
· Glass bottles or containers
· Outside beverages of any kind
Disruptive Items
· Laser pointers
· Air horns
· Megaphones
· Fireworks
· Noise-making devices
· Offensive or inflammatory materials
Miscellaneous
· Selfie sticks
· Large umbrellas or flagpoles
· Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and hoverboards
· Camping equipment
· Open flames
· Cooking equipment
· Any item deemed unsafe by Event staff
Animals
Pets are not permitted.
Registered service animals may be allowed in accordance with applicable regulations and subject to verification requirements.
12. Security Screening
12.1 All attendees and personal belongings are subject to security screening and bag inspections upon entry.
12.2 Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned.
12.3 Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or removal from the Event without refund.
13. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption or modification of the Event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue issues, labour disputes or technical failures.
14. General
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Organiser's decisions regarding all aspects of the Event shall be final and binding.
