DELIVERY
Currently Domestic Standard delivery is offered on all orders at check-out covering delivery of any number of items within an order. Domestic Delivery delivery times are 3-5 working days.
We aim to ship orders within 3-4 working days. While we aim to meet these delivery times, deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS -
To return an item please email us at kfcsgmarketing@kfc.com.sg
Returns requests must be made within 7 days of the item being delivered to you.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
- Packaging must be unopened with seals intact, except for clothing and wearable items which may be opened to try on.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or missing any parts due to customer handling.
We reserve the right to decline change-of-mind returns that fall outside the return window or do not meet these conditions.
These conditions apply to change-of-mind returns only and do not apply to faulty or defective items.
We do not offer exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Please note, customers that wish to return items without fault will be required to cover the cost of postage to send the items back to us.
RECEIVED FAULTY ITEMS
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.
Please email us at kfcsgmarketing@kfc.com.sg and return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. A refund will be made to cover the delivery cost to send any faulty item back to us.
Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please email us at kfcsgmarketing@kfc.com.sg and return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. A refund will be made to cover the delivery cost to send any wrong item back to us.
MISSING AN ITEM
We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Some items may come in separate parcels so please do allow for an extra 1-2 days for your missing item to arrive. If the missing item does not arrive please email us at kfcsgmarketing@kfc.com.sg and let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are applied by typing your code into the in the Discount Code field found on the right-hand side of the check-out page. Discount codes relating to specific promotions such as 'Christmas In July' can only be applied once per transaction and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or code unless expressly stated so.
