KFC Karnival - Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending “KFC Karnival” (the “Event”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions: 

1. Ticketing & Admission 

  • Each ticket is admitted to one (1) person and must be presented (physical or electronic) at the entry point. 

  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. 

  • No refunds will be issued for no shows or failure to attend the event for any reason. 

2. Wet Weather Contingency 

  • The Event will proceed in the event of light rain. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate wet weather gear (e.g., ponchos, umbrellas). 

  • In the event of severe weather or conditions deemed unsafe by the organisers, the Event may be: 

    • Delayed;

    • Cancelled 

  • Updates will be provided via official KFC Singapore social media channels  

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes, postponements, or venue adjustments. 

3. Food Collection Policy 

  • KFC food included with the ticket can be collected between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM at KFC &*SCAPE. 

  • All food redemptions must be accompanied by a valid food coupon. Physical coupons must be presented; otherwise, food collection will not be permitted. Each coupon is valid for one-time redemption only. 

  •  Any food not collected by 10:00 PM will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or later collection. 

  •  All attendees are responsible for ensuring they collect their own food within the designated collection hours. 

4.  Game Stations & Additional Food Rewards 

  • Participants are entitled to receive additional food coupons upon successful completion of designated game stations. 
     

  • Each participant may play each station game up to five (5) times only. No additional food coupons or points will be awarded after the fifth attempt for each respective game station. 

  • The following rewards apply to each successful game completion: 

  1. Red Bull Agility Game  

    • 3 x Chicken Bites 

    • 1 x Regular Fries  

  1. Finger Lickin' Match Game  

    • 2 x Original Recipe Tenders

    • 1 x Regular Fries  

  1. Crispy vs Original Balloon Pop Battle  

    • Either: 

      • 1 x Regular Whipped Potato; or 

      • 1 x Regular Mac & Cheese  

  1. Crispy vs Original Showdown (Gladiator Game) 

    • This is not a permanent station game and will take place approximately every sixty (60) minutes, subject to event scheduling. 

    • Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis when the event bell is rung. 

    • A maximum of five (5) games may be conducted per hour. 

    • The winning participant will receive a SGD $50 KFC voucher. 

    • The losing participant will receive a SGD $10 KFC voucher as a consolation prize. 

    • An additional 1,000 points will be awarded to the winning team’s leaderboard (Team Crispy or Team Original).  

 

5. Event Programme 

  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event programme, including the schedule, or activities, without prior notice. 

  • All activities are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Game Scoring System 

  • There is a total of three (3) station games: 

    1. Red Bull Agility Game

    2. Finger Lickin' Match Game

    3. Crispy vs Original Balloon Pop Battle 

  • Participants will be awarded points based on their performance in each game. Points will be awarded according to the following tiers: 

    1. 100 points — Lowest Tier

    2. 200 points — Middle Tier

    3. 300 points — Highest Tier 

  • Points allocation and final scoring will be determined solely by authorised KFC event staff onsite. KFC Singapore reserves the right to amend, adjust, or revise any score, points allocation, or leaderboard standings where deemed necessary. 

  • Participants are solely responsible for safekeeping their scorecards throughout the Event. 

  • In the event a scorecard is lost, damaged, or tampered with, KFC Singapore will not be held liable, and the recorded points may be deemed invalid and excluded from the final leaderboard or any related prize consideration. 

  • Any participant found cheating, manipulating gameplay, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct may be immediately disqualified from the game and/or Event activities without compensation. 

6. Code of Conduct 

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. Offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund. 

  • Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the venue. 

7. Food & Beverages+ 

  • KFC food and drinks will be provided as part of the ticket package (details to be specified on the event page). 

  • No outside food and beverages are allowed unless explicitly stated. 

8. Photography & Media 

  • The Event will be photographed and/or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes by KFC Singapore and its partners. 

  • Professional photography or video recording is not permitted without prior written consent. 

9. Safety & Liability 

  • Attendees participate at their own risk. The organiser, its affiliates, and sponsors will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Event. 

  • Please follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by Event staff and signage. 

10. BYD x KFC Contest Terms & Conditions 

KFC Karnival | BYD x KFC Contest (“Contest”) 

Contest Overview 

  • The BYD x KFC Contest (“Contest”) will be held on 4 July 2026, from 5pm to 9pm, at the KFC Karnival event venue.  

  • This is a skill-based contest, where winners are selected based on the closest or most accurate guess submitted by participants.  
     

Eligibility to participate in the Contest: 

  • Participants must be aged 18 and above, or be accompanied by a person aged 18 and above, to redeem the prize. * 

  • Each adult ticket purchased entitles the ticket holder to one (1) Contest entry.  

  • Participants must be physically present at the Event to qualify and validate their entry.  

  • The following individuals are not eligible to participate:  

  • Employees, contractors, vendors, agencies, event partners, sponsors  

  • Immediate family members of those directly involved in organising or executing the Contest  

  • Contest Mechanics (On Event Day) 

    1. Purchase an Adult Ticket to the KFC Karnival and attend the event.

    2. Visit *SCAPE from 20 June to 4 July to view the BYD ATTO 3 filled with KFC chicken plushies and estimate the total number of plushies inside the vehicle.

    3. At the KFC Karnival, head to the BYD booth, present your event wristband, and submit your guess.

    4. The winner will be announced at 9pm during the KFC Karnival. To be eligible to win, participants must be physically present at the time of the announcement.  

Submission rules  

  • Only one submission per ticket is allowed  

  • Submissions must be made during event operating hours (5pm–9pm)  

  • Late submissions will not be accepted  
     

Winner Selection & Announcement 

  • Winners will be selected based on the closest or most accurate answer submitted.  

  • If multiple participants submit the same correct answer, the organiser will select the winner at random from those entries. 

  • The winner announcement will take place at 9pm on 4 July 2026 at the KFC Karnival.  

  • The selected winner must be physically present at the event at the time of announcement. 

    • If the winner is not present, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize 

    • An alternative winner may be selected at the organiser’s discretion 
       

Prize  

  • The Contest prize is one (1) BYD ATTO 3 (“Prize Vehicle”).  

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.  

  • The organiser and/or sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value should the Prize Vehicle become unavailable for any reason. 
      

General Terms & Conditions (BYD / Organiser) 

  • The organiser shall not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate contact details provided by participants.  

  • Only one (1) winner will be selected and announced at 9pm.  

  • Failure to collect the prize by the stipulated deadline will result in forfeiture and may be rolled over to a future event.  

  • No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be provided.  

  • Winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for publicity and marketing purposes related to the Contest, BYD, and event partners.  

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or vary these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.  

  • The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest, including eligibility and winner selection, is final and binding.  
     

Prize Vehicle Specific Terms 

  • The Prize Vehicle excludes the following unless otherwise stated: 

    • Certificate of Entitlement (COE) 

    • Additional Registration Fee (ARF) 

    • Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge (if applicable) 

    • Road tax

    • Motor insurance 

    • Registration fees 

    • On-Board Unit installation 

    • Number plates 

    • GST 

    • Servicing packages 

    • Any accessories or fittings not provided by Vantage Automotive Limited (“VAL”) 

  •  The winner shall bear all excluded costs and must register the vehicle within one (1) month of announcement.  

  • Failure to register within the stipulated timeframe may result in storage or administrative charges.  

  • Vehicle colour, specifications, fittings, and accessories are subject to VAL’s sole discretion.  

  • After handover, all matters relating to the vehicle will be handled directly between the winner and VAL. The organiser will not be responsible for disputes or issues arising thereafter.  

  • The Prize Vehicle is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.  
     

Winner Contact & Redemption 

  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided during ticket purchase or registration.  

  • If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe, or is found ineligible, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.  

  • Winners must remain contactable following announcement.  

  • Data Protection & Publicity Consent 
    By participating in the Contest, participants agree to: 

    • The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for Contest administration and fulfilment 

    • The use of their name, image, voice, and likeness for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes 

    • Participation in reasonable promotional activities without compensation 

    • Participants acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy of Vantage Automotive Limited:

Final Terms 

  • Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

  • The organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest are final.  

  • The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest at any time without prior notice. 

 

11. Miscellaneous 

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

12. Prohibited Items: 

Weapons and Hazardous Materials 

Weapons of any kind, including firearms (regardless of permits), knives, sharp objects, tools, fireworks, flares, explosives, and chemical sprays such as pepper spray or mace are not allowed. 

Illegal Substances 

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and any related paraphernalia are strictly prohibited. Any substance in unmarked containers may also be confiscated. 

Alcohol and Beverages 

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Glass bottles or containers of any kind are prohibited.  

Animals 

Pets are not permitted. Only registered service animals with appropriate documentation will be allowed entry. 

Disruptive or Offensive Materials 

Laser pointers, air horns, megaphones, fireworks, and any item that produces excessive noise or distraction are banned. Clothing, signs, or materials displaying offensive, discriminatory, or politically inflammatory messages will not be tolerated. 

Miscellaneous Items 

Umbrellas with pointed ends, oversized parasols, flagpoles, selfie sticks, and any item that could obstruct views or pose a risk to others are not permitted. Event security may refuse any item they deem unsafe or inappropriate. 

Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, and similar transport devices are not allowed inside the event area. Tents, canopies, camping chairs, and oversized or obstructive seating are also prohibited, unless otherwise stated for designated areas. 

Cooking equipment and open flames of any kind are not allowed. 

Entry and Security Policy 

All attendees are subject to security screening and bag checks. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned. The event reserves the right to deny entry or eject any person failing to comply with these terms.
