KFC GEN B UNLIMITED BUFFET – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending the KFC Gen B Unlimited Buffet (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 


1. Buffet Terms & Conditions 

1.1 Each ticket admits one (1) person only and is valid only for the selected buffet timeslot. 

1.2 Each buffet session is limited to a maximum dining period of ninety (90) minutes. 

1.3 The buffet is strictly for dine-in consumption only. Sharing of buffet food with non-ticket holders and takeaway of buffet food are not permitted. 

1.4 Guests should take only what they can finish. Excessive food wastage is not permitted. 

1.5 Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the Event venue. 

1.6 Buffet items, beverages and sauces are available while stocks last. KFC Singapore reserves the right to substitute or remove items where necessary. 

1.7 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. 

1.8 KFC Singapore reserves the right to refuse service or remove any attendee in cases of misuse of the buffet, disruptive behaviour, failure to comply with staff instructions or breach of these Terms & Conditions. 


2. Tenders Eating Challenge 

2.1 Participation in the Tenders Eating Challenge (“Challenge”) is open only to eligible attendees of the KFC Gen B Unlimited Buffet. 

2.2 Participants must register their participation with the designated KFC Singapore Event team before taking part in the Challenge. 

2.3 Each participant may participate in the Challenge only once. 

2.4 Only fully consumed KFC O.R. Tenders verified by the designated KFC Singapore Event team will be counted towards a participant’s final Tender count. 

2.5 All Tenders must be consumed within the participant’s 90-minute buffet session. Any Tender not fully consumed by the end of the session will not be counted. 

2.6 Participants must consume the Tenders themselves. Sharing, transferring, disposing of, concealing or otherwise attempting to have uneaten Tenders counted is strictly prohibited. 

2.7 The participant who consumes the highest number of fully eaten O.R. Tenders during the Challenge will be declared the winner. 

2.8 If there is only one (1) participant in the Challenge, that participant must consume a minimum of 30 fully eaten O.R. Tenders within the Challenge period to qualify as the winner and receive the cash prize and trophy. If the minimum requirement is not met, no winner will be declared and no prize will be awarded. 

2.9 In the event that two (2) or more participants achieve the same highest Tender count, the participant who reached that final Tender count in the shortest verified time will be declared the winner. KFC Singapore may conduct an additional tie-breaker where necessary. 


3. Cash Prize 

3.1 The verified Challenge winner will receive S$5 for every eligible O.R. Tender fully consumed, based on the final Tender count verified by KFC Singapore. 

3.2 The cash prize is capped at 100 Tenders, equivalent to a maximum cash prize of S$500. 

3.3 The winner will also receive the Zermaxx Challenge Trophy. 

3.4 The cash prize will be awarded to the verified winner on the spot upon conclusion of the Challenge, after KFC Singapore has confirmed the winner’s eligibility, final Tender count and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. 

3.5 The winner may be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity before the prize is awarded. 

3.6 The winner will be required to acknowledge receipt of the cash prize, including confirmation of the final verified Tender count and corresponding cash prize amount. 

3.7 Once the cash prize has been handed over and acknowledged by the winner, the cash prize will be deemed to have been awarded in full. 

3.8 The cash prize and trophy are personal to the verified winner and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

3.9 KFC Singapore reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the cash prize and trophy if a participant: 

  • is found to be ineligible; 

  • breaches these Terms & Conditions; 

  • provides false or inaccurate information; 

  • attempts to manipulate the Tender count or Challenge results; or 

  • otherwise gains or attempts to gain an unfair advantage. 


4. Challenge Verification & Conduct 

4.1 The official Tender count and timing recorded by the designated KFC Singapore Event team will be used to determine the Challenge results. 

4.2 Participants must comply with all instructions provided by the KFC Singapore Event team throughout the Challenge. 

4.3 KFC Singapore reserves the right to stop or disqualify a participant from the Challenge where necessary for safety, misconduct, non-compliance with staff instructions or breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

4.4 KFC Singapore’s determination regarding participant eligibility, official Tender counts, timing, disqualification, tie-breakers and the final winner shall be final, subject to applicable law. 


5. Photography & Videography 

5.1 Photography and videography may be conducted during the Event. 

5.2 By attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that their image, likeness, voice and/or appearance may be captured in photographs and videos and may be used by KFC Singapore for publicity, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. 

5.3 The Challenge winner may be photographed and/or filmed during the Challenge and prize presentation for such purposes. 


6. General 

6.1 KFC Singapore reserves the right to amend the Event or Challenge mechanics, prizes and/or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. 

6.2 KFC Singapore reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone or modify the Challenge where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. 

6.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. 

6.4 KFC Singapore’s decisions regarding the administration of the Event and Challenge shall be final, subject to applicable law.
